01. Inbound Recruiting

Our inbound recruiting process is intentionally designed to create an attractive and engaging candidate experience, for every job seeker that visits your website or social media account. We build career pages on every website we design and develop, and showcase your organization’s vision, values, and culture throughout the remaining pages of your website. We’re also available to write blog posts and publish social media posts that feature your team, your work, and your professional environment. This allows job seekers to get an authentic look inside your organization, and helps them visualize what it would be like to work for your company.

80% of talent acquisition managers believe that employer branding has a significant impact on the ability to hire great talent.

02. Recruitment Videos

In order to attract the right talent, we use video content to create recruitment campaigns for our industrial partners. Here we showcase the culture, the team, and the exciting work our clients complete, so prospective employees are able to get a true sense of what it’s like to work for an industry leader. And by utilizing micro-video content across social media and digital advertising campaigns, we help reach targeted candidates to bring them into the recruitment journey.

03. Employee Handbooks

After you’ve been able to attract and hire the desired talent, it’s critical to prepare an employee handbook that sets clear expectations for new employees, outlining workplace policies and safety protocols that will set them up for success. At SitePartners, we use employee handbooks to express what it’s like to work at your organization, showcasing the vision, values, mission, and workplace culture. Setting a positive expectation early on that makes new employees feel welcomed, appreciated, and respected, is the first step in building employee loyalty.

9 out of 10 candidates would apply for a job when it’s from an employer brand that’s actively maintained.

04. Culture Decks

Similarly to providing an employee handbook for newly hired employees, it’s also important to onboard new employees with a culture deck presentation. This gives your leadership team the opportunity to present your organization’s culture and brand in more detail than what was shared during the interview stage, including the goals and trajectory of the company, and how the new employee will play an integral role in getting you closer to your vision. This helps new employees feel included, and can also increase their productivity and efficiency, producing immediate operational results.

96% of companies believe employer brand and branding can positively impact revenue.

05. Training & Development

We’ve worked with our industrial partners to establish internal training and development programs, to equip new and inexperienced employees with the tools and knowledge to enter the field with confidence. Our custom training and development programs communicate the value that our clients are investing in their people, allowing new staff to feel engaged, empowered, and motivated to work at a high level. This creates a pipeline of new talent that our industrial partners can continue to nurture and grow, either to develop new skills and abilities, or to be promoted to management or leadership positions.

15% of candidates who have a positive hiring experience confirm they put more effort into their job.

06. Talent Acquisition Campaigns

It can be difficult to find the ideal candidate for skilled and essential positions, particularly within the construction, manufacturing, and resource-based sectors, which suffer from a skilled labour shortage. For the industrial leaders we partner with, we offer strategic, long-term talent acquisition campaigns, to continually attract talented employees for highly competitive positions that are always sought after. We offer a full range of marketing campaigns, where we feature your organization’s culture, team, work, and professionalism, across social media channels, blog posts, emails, trade publications, and other online and traditional advertising platforms.
