A
Legacy
Through
the
Lens.

Since 1913, Underhill Geomatics has helped shape Western Canada, but they lacked the visuals to tell that incredible story. So, we delivered film and photography that put their people, projects, and pioneering spirit on full display.

Capturing
More
Than
a
Century
of
Impact.

Challenge.

Underhill had more than 110 years of expertise, a full-service geomatics offering, and projects spanning Western Canada, but few visual records to show for it. Their current marketing collateral simply didn’t have the energy or appeal it could (and should) have. There were also no videos that showcased the diverse sectors they serve, and limited imagery to highlight their people, projects, or company culture. For a firm built on history, precision, and technical depth, they needed compelling visual assets that clearly conveyed the impact of their work while helping to attract new clients and talent.

Solution.

We developed a full suite of high-impact content, starting with a cinematic brand video that outlines Underhill’s history, values, and evolution. Alongside it, we delivered two additional videos: one showcasing their full-service geomatics capabilities, and another built specifically to showcase their culture and support recruiting. To build a library of rich visual content, we also conducted six photo shoots at project sites across BC and the Yukon, capturing fieldwork and teamwork on both land and water. The resulting visuals brought modern dynamics and polish to a brand with deep historical roots and a proven track record.
