Challenge.
Stormtec, one of British Columbia's leading water management companies, faced the challenge of operating in an industry often perceived as commoditized. Differentiation based on value-added services and personalized customer experiences was crucial, but they struggled to communicate their unique offerings. Stormtec needed an update to their existing website in order to reflect their evolving brand identity and offerings. Through working with them, we also discovered that they would greatly benefit from sales materials, video, and other collateral to bring consistency and cohesiveness to their brand.
Solution.
We perfomed a major brand refresh and repositioning strategy for Stormtec. Essentialy we did everything but touch the logo. This involved highlighting the company's key unique attributes, particularly its personable and professional team members, to set it apart in the industry. We developed templated sales materials for consistency and ease of rollout across various channels. Additionally, Site executed a major website overhaul, enhancing user experience and showcasing Stormtec's services, projects, and brand story.
