Founded in 1945, Norland established itself as a resourceful, trusted partner for demanding industries and complex projects. But while their work demonstrated professionalism and proficiency, their brand, website, and messaging weren’t keeping pace. The Norland story was strong, but the way it showed up across touchpoints and business units felt inconsistent, making it difficult to understand the full depth and breadth of services offered by their integrated approach. With their 80th anniversary on the horizon, Norland needed more than a commemorative moment. They needed a refreshed identity, a sharper digital experience, and stronger messaging that felt true to who they’ve always been while signalling a forward-looking company built for long-term impact.

Solution. 

We began by defining how Norland’s identity should look and sound through every channel. The revitalized brand introduced a refreshed logo, updated colours and typography, and a new tagline: Build to Last. Together, they serve as a confident declaration that captures the quality, intention, and longevity built into Norland’s work. From there, we applied the updated brand to everything from their website and social media to their business cards, site signage, and truck wraps. To showcase this refined identity alongside their 80th anniversary, we produced a video that clearly conveyed their story, strengths, and the impact of their work to date. Together, the refreshed brand, updated site, and video assets serve as a cohesive platform that clearly defines who Norland is: one company for every challenge.
