An Identity for the Industry’s Material Advantage
Challenge.
Across the Fraser Valley, Linterra Aggregates, Hope Ready-Mix, and Agassiz Ready-Mix each had strong local reputations, but no shared story. Their brand presence was fragmented, and the value of a vertically integrated material supplier wasn’t clear to their customers. To create a unified presence, they needed more than a new logo or new colours. They needed a single name and identity that could carry all three operations, clarify what they offer, and reflect the scale and backing of the Klaassen Group without losing the trust built over decades on job sites. More than anything, it had to be an identity that could take three familiar brands, unite them under a new brand that felt bigger, sharper, and even more reliable, all while still feeling like the same people their customers have worked with for years.
Solution.
We started with strategy, delivering Linterra’s positioning around capability, resourcefulness, and commitment in a single identifying statement: The Industry’s Material Advantage. From there, we built out a robust rebrand that brought the operations together under Linterra, with a flexible system for Linterra Aggregates and Linterra Concrete. A new visual language, built on purposeful typography, a rugged grey palette, and material-led imagery, gave the brand the weight and clarity it needed. We then extended that system into a product-centric website that functions like a catalogue, making it easy to find the right materials and understand what they’re best for. To launch the brand, we created a video that showcased the new identity in action and introduced Linterra as a united, dependable partner that supports projects from the ground up with quantity and quality in equal measure.
