With the success of integrating Koroyd into helmets for extreme athletes, the next step was to put this innovative safety “ingredient” to work on job sites.

Taking
Koroyd
to
the
workforce.

Challenge.

Koroyd’s green honeycomb technology may look simple, but it takes the complexity of high-speed impact protection to another level. It’s lighter, more breathable, and provides better protection than conventional high-impact foam. Some major brands in cycling, snowboarding, and climbing had already adopted it. But Koroyd knew the construction market was behind the times on head protection. So as they entered into tradeshow season, they needed to let the industry know through creative video and photos just how their tech was about to change safety on the job.

Solution.

Koroyd came to us with a very specific ask: “We need a video to showcase our technology in partnering brand’s helmets, and we need a photo shoot on a variety of job sites with different use cases.” So we said, “Done!” We immediately went to work setting up job sites conducting a variety of trades at work in Koroyd gear. We used existing renders of the Koroyd “ingredient” as it’s called, and integrated it with our own live-action footage. Plus, we conducted photoshoots to fit their brand standards while making them stand out as a unique piece of their offering. The result was high-impact tradeshow collateral and a hard-hitting social video with an extreme sports tone and a professional construction edge.

Collaborating.

We needed to use existing Koroyd graphics to augment the video while avoiding spillover visuals from biking and snowboarding. The result was a dynamic video in a league of its own.

Two
in
One.

When you shoot creative jobs on an active job site, you need to move fast. And since we were shooting both video and photo, we needed to be efficient, effective, and creative.
