Too many services to advertise.
Challenge.
Gorilla Property Services had two unique marketing challenges: (1) Update their brand video so it better reflected the quirkiness of a fun yet professional property-cleaning brand. And (2) promote the franchise side of the business to potential entrepreneurs. The problem is, that takes a solid creative team to come up with a concept and produce it within budget. Enter the Site team.
Solution.
We phased out our creative approach, focusing first on the customer-facing creative. Our strategy? There were so many cleaning services that Gorilla obviously did well, so we came up with the idea that it would be more economical to advertise the remaining services they don’t do—which were services we made up because Gorilla does all the essential services. On top of the video, we also did regional radio. Next, in phase two, we promoted the franchise side of the business, creating a detailed explainer video in the same established voice, but with an entrepreneurial spin. The result? One improved brand voice and two entertaining videos, expertly targeted at two different audiences.
