Challenge.
GCT Global Container Terminals Inc., one of Canada's largest container terminal operators with a century-long legacy, needed to effectively communicate their complex service offerings, equipment names, and community benefits to local stakeholders and partners. Their initial focus was marketing support for the GCT Deltaport 25th Anniversary campaign and open-house event, but they were also looking for ongoing strategic brand support with the right agency.
Solution.
After we successfully handled the GCT Deltaport 25th Anniversary campaign and open-house event in 2022, which brought together key stakeholders and the local community, SitePartners was offered a recurring contract and continued to support a wide range of services. Our work helped GCT foster positive relationships with stakeholders and enhance community awareness of their contributions. We now provide strategic communications, media relations, and creative services, as well as event coordination as needed. Through digital campaigns, print advertisements, videography and photography, targeted materials, and social media support, we help amplify GCT's message and engage with their audiences.

450 attendees came to the 25th Anniversary Open House, including key stakeholders and local community members.

We saw 50,000 impressions and 4,000 web page views of the 25th anniversary digital campaign, along with a 20% increase in followers on LinkedIn (GCT’s primary social platform).

We created a series of videos and creative assets to highlight GCT’s commitment to innovation across the company.
