Challenge.
In their two decades of electrical experience, Andrew Fettback and Chris Heesterman accumulated a goldmine of learnings. So when they started their own company, F&H, they put those learnings to work: focusing on intentional growth, quality over quantity, and prioritizing workplace culture and employee satisfaction. Their strategy was paying off, and the industry took notice. To tell their story of rapid growth in a Year in Review video, we needed to showcase F&H’s innovative projects but also the unique approach and personality that sets them apart.
Solution.
Highlighting F&H’s values and mindset was central to the video, but capturing their fun, down-to-earth charm on screen was key. Filming both on-site and in SiteStudio, we brought their journey to life with a dynamic blend of storytelling and visuals to convey the role of collaboration and support: the company’s secret sauce. We also created a blooper reel that added an authentic human touch, reinforcing the culture that makes F&H unique. Beyond video, we took on social media management, focusing the playful, engaging voice they had already developed to feature their projects, people, and personality.
