Challenge. 

DMS is a full-service mechanical contractor in Metro Vancouver that specializes in towers. From heating and cooling to plumbing, DMS offers end-to-end mechanical construction. With more than 60 towers in their portfolio, they pride themselves on establishing the “heartbeat of a building.” When they came to us, their existing website didn’t do justice to the company’s robust capabilities, or their desire to innovate and reach new audiences. Up until working with us, they had relied exclusively on organic growth. We needed to modernize the brand and reimagine their dated, clunky website into a sleek hub that properly displayed their services and vision.

Solution. 

We started by bringing DMS into the 2020's, simplifying their website and refreshing their dated logo with a modern brand—inspired by the mountain vistas surrounding their many high-rise projects. Our website strategy highlighted DMS as innovators in the industry, showcasing their biggest projects, new fabrication facility, growth service division, and the launch of their special projects division—everything that set them apart from their competitors. More than a new look, the rebrand offered a jumping-off point for new audiences and opportunities, enhancing their profile, top-of-mind awareness, improving retention and recruitment, and positioning them for a bigger, wider variety of projects
