Challenge. 

BM Group faced a lack of awareness, even as a conglomerate with over 18 subsidiary firms spanning structural restoration, construction support services, materials supply, and real estate development. Their clients didn’t know the full breadth of their offerings and the various companies within the group. BM Group also wanted to improve their recruitment efforts by showcasing their diverse range of services and locations, so they came to Site requesting a corporate video and a recruitment video. And we delivered.


Solution. 

We started with the two videos, and then went further. Diving into their relationships between the companies, we showcased BM Group's diverse portfolio and global reach through three more videos—for a total of five. Our approach involved highlighting each subsidiary brand within the group and their respective areas of expertise, and positioning BM Group as the definitive construction solution provider. We showed a variety of job sites to demonstrate the depth of services offered by BM Group to emphasize their versatility and capabilities. To top it all off, we created their flagship brand and recruitment videos with a consistent tone that was all their own.
