Challenge.
Workplace strategy is still in its early days, especially in an industry where many design-build firms focus on what a space looks like, rather than how it should work. As an experienced office design-build team, Aura understands how design influences the culture and productivity of a workplace. They also believe there’s no such thing as a one-size-fits-all solution, which is why they’ve built their reputation on end-to-end project management and a deeply collaborative approach. But the strategy—the “plus”—was the piece that set them apart, and it wasn’t being clearly communicated through their brand or digital presence. Aura needed a modern website that could elevate workplace strategy from an add-on to a core differentiator, showing clients that Aura helps define how those spaces will function before a single wall goes up.
Solution.
We helped Aura bring their full value to the forefront by creating a new name and identity for their strategy + design + build approach: Aura+. The “plus” became the anchor (inspired by their new logo) clearly positioning strategy as the advantage that makes their work more effective, more tailored, and more future-ready. From web design to photography to video, every touchpoint was designed to reflect Aura’s culture: collaborative, compassionate, transparent, and enjoyable. From there, we built a fully-custom website where function and aesthetic work as one, guiding visitors intuitively through Aura’s process, project work, and the sectors they serve. The result is a digital presence where every choice is considered as carefully as the spaces Aura designs—bringing strategy, storytelling, and credibility together in one cohesive experience.
