Challenge. 

Most junk removal companies use a volume pricing model. They look at how full their truck is when all the junk is loaded and estimate the price. In other words, eyeballing. This price model often creates a lack of trust in the value of the work. So 505 Junk decided to remove the doubt and add confidence by using a price model everyone can trust: weight. They integrated the technology into their trucks—something no one else had done before. All they needed now was an equally creative video and an updated website to complement their uniquely honest service.

Solution. 

For video production and their website, we positioned 505 Junk as the antithesis of the status quo in junk removal. For both their residential and commercial services, we created a no-bull tagline that made their positioning and offering clear: Pay by Weight. Not by Chance. We used comedy, hyperbole, and most importantly honesty to present the most authentic service and name in junk removal—one that people could relate to, laugh with, and look to for an honest price. Since then, 505 Junk has won awards and grown to be one of the most trusted names in junk removal. And they’re just getting started.
