Celebrating young leaders innovating the industrial sector.
Challenge.
The construction industry is often not respected and recognized as it should be (which is head scratching considering it’s responsible for our roads, bridges, schools, hospitals, and communities). The sector is filled with talented designers, planners, builders, and skilled tradespeople. We know this because we work with them every day. In order to help shift this perception and attract young talent, we wanted to showcase the people who are currently innovating in the sector and the many exciting opportunities it offers.
Solution.
The Top 40 Under 40 is an annual campaign that recognizes and showcases the Top Young Leaders in Canadian Construction. It brings to the industrial sector what other industries have been doing for decades: showcasing and celebrating the next generation of trailblazers. We created and ran the entire program, from brand identity to campaign creative, digital development, public relations, and community management. To date, we have completed four years of the program with growth every year, millions of impressions, and 100k article reads.
