Over the past few months, we’ve welcomed some new faces and supported the development of several people who have been an important part of Site’s journey for years. Whether it’s bringing in fresh perspectives or helping established professionals step into bigger roles, that’s how we grow here.

New Faces and Fresh Perspectives

With diverse backgrounds, unique ways of thinking, and a drive to do great work, we’re thrilled to welcome a new group of talented pros to the fold.

Chris Gillard, VP, SiteTalent

Bringing 20 years of agency recruitment experience to our team, Chris has built high-performing teams, led specialized practices, and worked alongside some of the best talent in the business. Now, as the VP of SiteTalent, he’s ready to help grow the business and strengthen our clients' teams by finding the perfect fit for their needs, culture, and future plans.

Jenna Andrews, Communications & Engagement Manager

Jenna brings over five years of experience in stakeholder engagement and public affairs. With a strong background supporting complex federal and defence environments, she’s known for her ability to develop integrated communication strategies and deliver clear, consistent messaging across diverse audiences. Jenna is also passionate about fostering inclusive spaces and advancing equity, diversity, and inclusion through thoughtful communication.

Ciaran Walsh, Junior Videographer

A graduate of BCIT’s TV and Video Production program, Ciaran brings a strong foundation in corporate videos, commercials, and short films across a range of production roles. Since graduating, he’s gained hands-on experience in live sports broadcasting, working on BCHL hockey and boxing productions as a camera and replay operator while creating social-tuned content. At Site, he’s excited to apply that experience and continue building his skills as a Junior Videographer in a new industry.

Tianna Sarra, Social Media Coordinator

Prior to joining Site, Tianna spent over two years with a construction company, where she managed social channels for multiple brands and leadership profiles. Through her varied work, she has become a two-time recipient of the Tilt-Up Concrete Association (TCA) Video Award, earning the Grand Jury Prize in 2023 and an Honourable Mention in 2024. Now, as a Social Media Coordinator for Site, she supports social media strategy, content creation, and brand storytelling for various clients.

Valerie (Val) Tersora, Project Manager

Throughout Val’s career, she has guided strategies and projects across real estate, technology, manufacturing, textiles, healthcare, wellness, and education in North America, Asia, and Europe, finding genuine satisfaction in building momentum and completing complex projects. Passionate about marketing project management, she helps lead diverse creative and marketing initiatives at Site, including branding, website development, product launches, sales support tools, and more.

Anmol Dhindsa, Office Coordinator

Bringing a strong background in administrative operations with a growing focus on human resources, we’re thrilled to have Anmol as our Office Coordinator. She is a BCIT business graduate currently pursuing her CPHR designation, reflecting her commitment to developing her expertise in HR practices, people operations, and workplace culture.

Justin Van Mulligen, VP, Accounts & Delivery

As someone who’s been a Site staple for over five years and our internal VP of Vibes, Justin’s new role reflects the part he already plays across the business: connecting client needs with strong execution. With a focus on alignment and accountability, he’s a key pillar that supports the consistent improvement of our services so we can continue to deliver quality work for our partners.

Michelle Hughes, VP, Digital Marketing

With over 15 years dedicated to digital and social strategy, Michelle has built a reputation as a trusted voice and expert in the space. An award-winning marketer (and truly awesome person to work with), she’s known for turning walls of data into clear, actionable directions for our clients. And as our new VP of Digital Marketing, she’ll continue to pair that insight with storytelling that drives results.

Trevor Wales, VP, Communications & Engagement

Trevor brings deep experience in strategic communications, issues management, and stakeholder engagement. These are all complex tasks, and yet, he continues to make them look easy. As someone who has been a key contributor to major infrastructure projects and international events, he’s trusted to navigate difficult challenges and deliver clear, effective messaging. As our new VP of Communications & Engagement, he’ll continue to elevate our communications offerings. Likely without breaking a sweat.

Ryan Clarke, VP, Growth

If we’re talking about growth at Site, Ryan literally has it in his job title. For many of our clients, Ryan is their first impression of Site. And lucky for us, he makes a good one. Over the past three years, he’s been a driving force behind how we present our services and connect with our clients. Whether he’s discussing brand strategy, digital marketing, content production, or a full-on rebrand, he brings a well-rounded background and a genuine passion for the built environment to every conversation.

Micheyla Louw, Director of Operations

If you’ve ever worked in a marketing agency, you likely know about the fast pace and mild-to-moderate chaos that comes with the terrain. Thankfully for us at Site, Micheyla brings an abundance of organization to keep our operations on track. She’s the coordinated force of nature behind pretty much everything here, leading with structure and clarity that optimizes workflows and ensures our teams are supported. And as a leader who’s been here for more than four years, she’s always looking for and investing in ways to improve our processes and build up the people who carry them out.

Johanna Ochoa, Senior Communications & Engagement Manager

Johanna has become a steady, strategic voice on the Comms team, bringing thoughtful planning and execution to complex projects and challenges for nearly two years at Site. Her ability to balance big-picture thinking with ground-level, day-to-day delivery makes her a trusted partner for our clients and an integral part of our team. While we’re all beyond excited and happy for her to introduce a new member of her family soon, her absence during her maternity leave will absolutely be felt. Because there’s simply no substitute for her presence in the office.

Joel Love, Senior Copywriter

Joel joined Site a little over three years ago as a Copywriter, bringing over six years of experience in writing for the industrial sector with him. Starting out as the only Copywriter on the team, he’s now part of a creative trio who inject some much-needed personality and a bit of fun to a sector that’s widely known for being stiff. As our Senior Copywriter, Joel’s the guy who oversees and edits many of the writing deliverables that go out the door while writing his own copy for websites, marketing collateral, social media, and whatever else needs some wordwork.

Teddy Kewin, Editor

Teddy started here at Site as a Junior Videographer nearly two years ago, bringing passion, a drive to learn, and a keen eye to every shoot, whether it was in the field or in our studio. Now, Teddy is leaning into those keen eyes of his as a full-time Editor for Site, helping us maintain quality and consistency for our post-production processes. While his attention to detail and creativity are undeniable, we’d be remiss not to mention his genuine care for the work we do and the people who do it with him. It’s those qualities that make him a perfect fit for this role.

Ben Righetti, Digital Marketing Specialist

Ben’s been a steady presence on our Digital Marketing team for nearly two years, bringing a performance-driven mindset to his work and consistently seeking new ways to improve outcomes. As a Digital Marketing Specialist, his work supports the strategy, execution, and optimization of various campaigns. In addition to this, his background in sports marketing, writing, and commentary is easy to see: he always makes the right play, and he can play any position needed to help us all win.

Katrina Weesies, Digital Marketing Specialist

Katrina has brought bold and creative ideas to our Digital Marketing team for more than a year now, stepping into her new role as a Digital Marketing Specialist with a focus on the power of diverse voices and the storytelling that brings them to life. Whether she’s building out social strategies or juggling several last-minute social post requests with finesse, she’s trusted by our clients and team alike to ensure our campaigns are well-built and strongly executed.

Caitlin Little, Talent Specialist

Originally from Ireland, Caitlin has established herself as a powerful force in talent and connections in Canada over the past year. With her background in Psychology, she knows how people think and uses that knowledge to help job seekers and employers find those ever-elusive perfect fits. As a Talent Specialist for SiteTalent, she brings consistent effort and care to help our clients either build powerhouse teams or become a part of them.

At the end of the day, growth matters most when it makes the team stronger and the work better. That’s what this group represents at Site, and we’re thrilled to see so many people step into new roles and reach new heights.
