As we kick off the new year, we wanted to share some exciting updates. With a couple of well-earned promotions and some new talent on board, we’re ready to take things up a notch.
Empowering Our Leaders
When it comes to our day-to-day operations, we know everyone on our team rolls up their sleeves to deliver their best work. That’s why, as a company, we build opportunities for our team to step up and take charge. Over the course of our operations, we’ve been able to internally develop talent, setting our team members up for senior and leadership roles to continue their growth. Recently, we promoted two long-term employees to key positions within Site. Please join us in congratulating Micheyla Louw and Jadon Plett on their new and well-deserved promotions!
Micheyla Louw, Operations Manager
After three years as an Account Manager for Site, coordinating projects for some of our biggest clients, Micheyla Louw has been promoted to Operations Manager. As Site continues to grow, this new role will be vital for keeping projects and timelines organized and streamlined. Working with our VP of Operations, Justin Van Mulligen, Micheyla will support our day-to-day operations and take the lead in developing our sister brands under SiteGroup. Her organizational prowess, clear communication skills, and keen eye for detail make her the perfect fit for this pivotal role.
Jadon Plett, Director of Production
Jadon has been a cornerstone of our video production team for the past three years. His creativity, leadership, industry knowledge, and capabilities in any environment have been instrumental in building and refining our production capabilities. Equipped with his diverse experience as a Videographer at Site and years of experience with his own media company, Jadon has been promoted to Director of Production. Through this role, he’ll oversee all aspects of our production operations, ensuring our work continues to set the standard for incredible visuals and compelling storytelling.

With over four years of experience in branding, digital, and print design, Ashton brings a wealth of creativity to the team. From bold branding to eye-catching social media campaigns, Ashton’s style blends impact and practicality for striking, clear designs. Known for his problem-solving skills and an ever-growing font collection, he’s ready to take our designs to the next level.
Josh Ryall, Videographer
Josh joins SitePartners with a passion for telling compelling stories through visuals that blend beauty with purpose. With six years of experience spanning the creative arts, documentaries, and commercial projects, he excels at crafting visuals that resonate with both our clients and their audience. Whether behind the lens or in post-production, Josh is committed to carefully crafting visuals that bring our client’s stories to life.
