Challenge. 

SiteMax Systems, a Vancouver-based construction software company, wanted to reposition themselves as an industry leader in a competitive market and drive sales in strategic and creative ways they'd never tried before. Facing challenges like a long sales cycle and the need for validation and trust-building, connecting with their ideal customer profile and establishing credibility in the construction industry was crucial.


Solution. 

When we first met SiteMax in 2018, we knew our working relationship would be a perfect fit. Through off-site strategy sessions with the leadership team, we identified the target market and developed a new tagline, "Less Paperwork, More Building." To overcome the hurdle of the long sales cycle, we produced a series of case study videos showcasing success stories, building trust and confidence in potential customers. Additionally, we launched "The SiteVisit" podcast to foster a community within the construction industry, connecting with thousands of professionals and garnering attention from industry publications. We used various social media platforms to communicate SiteMax's story through video, photography and more. Thanks to consistent messaging, the benefits and advantages were hard to miss to stakeholders, ultimately driving sales results and impacting the bottom line.
