A creative video that proves DroneDeploy leaves no site unseen.
Challenge.
DroneDeploy needed a high-impact video to showcase the power of their enterprise-grade jobsite visibility platform—combining drone mapping, 360 camera scanning, LiDAR, and other cutting-edge technologies into one seamless solution. With the video premiering at a major product reveal, the goal was twofold: generate excitement around upcoming features (some still in beta) and clearly convey the platform’s value to project managers, construction leads, and enterprise clients. The challenge lay in making complex software feel intuitive, immediate, and essential—while reflecting the speed, clarity, and insight DroneDeploy brings to active jobsites. To match the scale of the technology, the creative needed to be just as innovative, future-forward, and energetic—showcasing the unprecedented visibility into how DroneDeploy solves real-world problems.
Solution.
To match the pace of the jobsite and the seamless, real-time insight their tech provides, we created a high-energy, FPV-led video that feels more like extreme sports than a corporate launch. Using advanced filming techniques—including indoor/outdoor FPV, gimbals, 360 top-downs, and animation to showcase the product features without compromising the high action vibes—we stitched together fast-paced footage to mirror the experience of DroneDeploy’s technology in use. From earthworks to multi-phase high-rise sites, we coordinated multiple shoots across North America, combining technical field footage with dynamic studio shots that kept the camera moving. The payoff was an exciting, ambitious launch video that matched the scale and sophistication of DroneDeploy’s enterprise software.

Filming for Fluidity.
This video leveraged highly technical First Person View (FPV) filming at multiple locations to create a seamless viewing experience to match the client’s seamless software.
A Coordinated Effort.
From the Lower Mainland to Texas, we shot in indoor/outdoor environments on active job sites at multiple locations in Canada and the US.
Strategic Equipment.
What better way to highlight a drone software company than with drone on drone creative? We used drones to capture aerial footage and high-end handheld DGI gimbals on the ground.
