This past year was massive for Site. We grew our team, expanded our services, launched new companies, and told bigger stories than ever before. Whether we were in our new office, on a busy job site, or somewhere in between, our focus was always the same: elevating the industrial sector.
If you want to see a whole year wrapped up in a neat 12-minute package, check out our Year in Review video below. Or if you’re interested in seeing some key highlights at a glance, read on.
A Modern Growth Partner at an Industrial Scale
This year, our vision really came to life. We operated as a modern partner for growth across the full Site ecosystem, from marketing and media to recruitment and pursuits, showing what’s possible when creativity meets industry.
By the numbers, 2025 looked like this:
- 100+ new clients
- 130+ returning clients
- 250+ projects delivered
- 27 brand transformations completed
- 14 major infrastructure projects managed by our communications team
- 30+ new team members, bringing us to 75+ people across Abbotsford, Victoria, Calgary, Kelowna, and Toronto
- A new 10,000 sq. ft. industrial studio HQ where our teams meet, collaborate, and, of course, drink a lot of coffee
We were also recognized again as one of Canada’s fastest-growing companies by The Globe and Mail, marking our fourth straight year on the list.
And perhaps the most adorable KPI you can track, five new Site babies joined the family this year. It’s incredible seeing our people and their families grow over time.
A Brand That’s Putting in Work
Our refreshed brand turned 1.5 years old. And it’s already paying off.
From the building block icon to the flexible system that ties SitePartners, SiteTalent, SitePursuits, SiteMedia, and the rest of our ecosystem together, the brand proved itself as more than a visual refresh. It’s a working tool that helps us connect stories, services, and sectors across everything we do.

We put that system to the test this year with:
- Large, integrated campaigns that pulled together video, animation, copywriting, design, web, and social under one roof.
- Brand rollouts that moved seamlessly from strategy and identity to launch campaigns, websites, and recruitment marketing.
- A growing family of Site-led ventures, all connected by a shared visual language and a single big idea: modern growth for the industrial sector.

SiteMedia: Evolving Into a Bigger Voice for the Industry

SiteMedia gives leaders more news, insights, data, events, and community, while giving advertisers new reach, hyper-specific targeting, and access to a brand-new content studio.
Strong Impressions from Digital, Social, and Web
Our digital, social, and web teams had a record-setting year, helping industrial brands show up online with real momentum. In 2025, we:
- Reached 17M+ social impressions
- Drove 900,000 engagements
- Helped clients grow their audiences by 40,000+ new followers

We also grew the team with Dana and Katrina, adding more capacity and expertise to a department that keeps raising the bar.
A Bigger Studio for Even Better Production
On our video production side, 2025 was a wild ride. Our video team:
- Logged serious miles on field productions across Vancouver Island, Alberta, BC’s Interior, Saskatoon, the Yukon, Toronto, Washington State, Palm Springs, the U.K., Norway, Ireland, and more
- Balanced the chaos of travel and the unpredictability of job sites while still delivering the quality our clients expect
- Turned around more work than ever, with 550+ project folders on our server
- Delivered 350+ video projects and nearly 200 photo galleries

And in SiteStudio, we:
- Expanded our lighting infrastructure
- Refined our studio etiquette and processes
- Built custom sets and expanded our in-studio offering
We also took a big step into broadcast, bringing major projects to primetime TV audiences and showing that industrial storytelling can hold its own alongside mainstream content. And through it all, we stayed committed to grounded, human-based storytelling in the industrial sector, using film to spotlight the people, projects, and progress behind the work.
Showing the Creativity Behind the Content
This year, we also launched The CreativeDept, our own podcast dedicated to industrial marketing, creativity, and the work behind the work.
Hosted by Jono Saye, our Creative Director, it’s another way we’re opening up the conversation, sharing the ideas, tools, and stories that drive modern industrial brands, straight from the people building them.
Looking Ahead to 2026
2025 was a monumental year for Site. With so much happening, it flew by at a rapid pace. But we’re not slowing down any time soon.
We’re taking Site Summit to Toronto. We’re unveiling more from SiteMedia and its new content studio. We’re continuing to push what’s possible in film, digital, and brand for industrial companies across Canada and beyond.
We’re ready to do even more in 2026. And with our talented people, we’ll do it even better.
