For the fourth year in a row, Site has been named as one of Canada’s Top Growing Companies by the Report on Business magazine from The Globe and Mail. This milestone reflects three years of consistent momentum at Site, but more than anything, it’s another reminder of what steady, people-focused growth can achieve.

SiteSummit 2025

We also want to acknowledge a separate recognition that’s a bit closer to home: Site was recently ranked #4 on Business in Vancouver’s Top 100 Fastest-Growing Companies of 2025. We’re grateful to be in such strong company among B.C. businesses building for the long term, and we’re excited to see how this landscape continues to change and evolve.

Built Together

First and foremost, we’re grateful to our team. This recognition simply wouldn’t be possible without the people who make everything happen. Growth at Site hasn’t been about chasing headlines or titles; it’s been about creativity, care, and consistency. The effort behind the exceptional work. Our videographers, designers, copywriters, strategists, developers, operations staff, and client support teams show up for each other and for our clients every day, and this recognition reflects that consistency.

It’s also a credit to the partners who trust us with complex challenges across the industrial sector, whether it’s creating memorable videos, standout websites, or building a strategy to grow your brand. Your expectations keep us sharp, and your collaboration helps us deliver the best results.

“Recognition like this is a reflection of our people doing the right things, the right way, every day. I’m proud of the consistency and excited to see where it takes us next.”

What This Recognition Represents

For those less familiar with the program, Canada’s Top Growing Companies ranks businesses based on three-year revenue growth. This year’s list measures performance from 2021 through 2024. Check out the full list of companies to see how we’ve grown over this time.

Awards aren’t the end goal here, but they do create useful checkpoints for our journey so far. Four consecutive years on Canada’s Top Growing Companies list tells us a lot about how we’re growing and, perhaps more importantly, how we want to keep growing:

  • People first. The best work starts with the best people. That’s no secret, but it can be difficult to put into action. That’s why, over the last few years, we’ve invested in leadership development, cross-office collaboration, and training that helps our team build new skills while staying grounded in their fundamentals.

  • Work that raises the bar. From brand strategies and websites to social media campaigns, video, and creative assets, our focus is on delivering real value for our partners. In the industrial sector, that often means creating compelling stories that earn trust, enhance reputation, and support recruitment. From videos and social posts to refreshed logos and engaging copy, it’s a series of consistent wins that compound into impactful results.

  • Disciplined pacing. Sustainable growth requires strategic decisions. We’ve taken on some of our most ambitious projects yet, so we’ve sequenced our hiring to match the demand and expanded capabilities where they would have the greatest client impact. We’ll continue growing, but at a rate that consistently aligns with our goals for tomorrow and the work we’re doing today.

Moving Forward With Focus

Looking ahead, our priorities remain the same as the ones that got us here. We’ll continue to invest in our people, providing more opportunities to learn, lead, and collaborate across disciplines. We’ll deepen our capabilities in the areas clients tell us matter most: engaging digital campaigns, integrated creative concepts, and content that reflects every aspect of their business, whether that’s in the office or on the job site. And we’ll stay close to client problems, spending more time in the field so that what we create is informed by real challenges and real opportunities.

We’re also committed to the less visible systems that support great work at scale: thoughtful operations, better knowledge sharing, and systems that make collaboration easier. These aren’t flashy initiatives, sure, but they’re the foundation that keeps quality high as we grow.

To our clients and partners: thank you for the trust, the candor, and the push to be better. And to our team: thank you for the hard work, the high standards, the endless creativity, and the way you show up for each other. Recognition like this belongs to each of you.
