A seasoned storyteller and strategic communicator with over a decade in the mining and resource sector, Ronnie has spent her career translating complex operations, relationships, and moments of change into narratives that connect people to purpose. From guiding communications through major acquisitions to building Indigenous-facing engagement programs on large-scale projects, she brings a rare combination of strategic instinct and genuine curiosity about how people and systems work together.
What drives her is a belief that the way industries show up for people — employees, communities, partners — shapes outcomes as much as what they build. When she's not developing strategy or chasing a story, you'll find her deep in a book, out in the mountains, or plotting her return to podcasting and photography. She's summited Mt. Baker, which, on a clear day, you can see right from the Abbotsford office.
