Kayla Bordignon
Director, Communications + Engagement
Kayla is a communications professional with over ten years of experience on major construction and infrastructure projects including the South Fraser Perimeter Road Project (Delta/Surrey, BC), LNG Canada (Kitimat, BC), the Southwest Calgary Ring Road Project (Calgary, AB), and the Trans Mountain Expansion Project (Lower Mainland, BC). She has been instrumental in leading communication and engagement efforts on these projects. Recently, she’s expanded her expertise in Indigenous engagement, including developing and implementing inclusion plans to maximize local and Indigenous participation on projects. She focuses on developing meaningful relationships built on trust and communication. Prior to joining SitePartners, Kayla worked in various roles at Ledcor, including Indigenous Affairs Representative, and created a corporate Indigenous Awareness Training Program to help educate staff about Indigenous Peoples in Canada.
