A leader with a diverse background, Graeme’s professional experience has taken him around the world, including consulting projects in China and Nicaragua during his MBA studies at the University of Victoria. Graeme has assisted a wide range of businesses through periods of rapid growth, spanning industries such as trucking, real estate, banking, and local manufacturing. Most recently, he served as the General Manager of a property management company, where he helped drive over 50 percent growth by leading a remote team to meet budget targets, stabilizing newly acquired assets, and overseeing renovations. Graeme is passionate about organizations and is excited to continue applying his expertise to the industrial sector.
